Penne with peppers and tuna

400 G Tonno A Trance 

Peperoni a filetti grigliati senza pelle

1/2 Spicchio Aglio 

Olio D'oliva Extra-vergine 

1 Limone (succo) 

400 G Pasta Tipo Tagliolini

Prezzemolo Tritato

Method:


Cut the tuna into cubes and marinate for 30 minutes with the garlic, lemon and 1 tablespoon of oil. Seal the fish in a frying pan, add the salt and the grilled sliced skinless peppers. Cook through and remove from the heat. Cook the pasta and add the sauce. Serve with chopped parsley and a pinch of pepper
