Place 1/2 dl of oil in a pan. Add the garlic, sage and basil and lightly brown them over a medium heat. Add the chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Cook the pasta, then stir in the butter and Parmesan; cover with the aubergines, mushrooms and the tomato sauce.
