Toasted sandwich with Pesto or Toast Topping

Ingredients:


2 fette di pancarrè

1 fetta di fontina

1 cucchiaio di olio di oliva

1 fetta di prosciutto cotto

1 cucchiaio di sesamo

1-2 cucchiai di Pesto alla Genovese cremoso Coelsanus

o di Farcitoast Coelsanus

Method:


Toast 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds in a lightly oiled small non-stick frying pan for a couple of minutes. In the meantime, toast the bread and then place the ham on one of the slices. Spread the Toast Topping or Pesto on the ham. Close the toasted sandwich and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
