Bread and ... fantasy

Ingredients:


4 Fette Pane Casereccio

Peperoni Rossi e Gialli Coelsanus 

125 G Tonno Sott'olio

2 Acciughe 

2 Uova 

Capperi Coelsanus 

1 Cucchiaino Senape

1 Tazzina Maionese 

Olio D'oliva

Method:


Hard-boil the eggs and peel once cooled; separate the yolk from the white. Flavour the mayonnaise with the mustard. Blend the tuna, anchovies, a tablespoon of capers and the boiled egg yolks. Spread the mayonnaise on each slice of bread, then place half a pepper on top and fill with the tuna mixture. Decorate with the chopped boiled egg white. Serve immediately.
