Roll out the puff pastry and cut out rectangular strips. Thread a strip of pastry onto a long wooden skewer then add a piece of frankfurter. Alternate with a stuffed olive. Place the puff pastry kebabs with frankfurters and olives on a baking tray covered in kitchen foil. Brush with a little milk and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200° C for 20 minutes. Serve warm.Â
