Divide the bread dough into four equal parts and form each one into a round pizza shape. Cover each one with a layer of tomato sauce and a few slices of mozzarella. Garnish to taste with olives, baby artichokes, peppers and button mushrooms and sprinkle with a little oil. Place the mini-pizzas on a greased baking tray and cook at 200° C for 15 minutes.
